About Founder
Meet the Visionary Behind WCIEC
I am a physician, educator, and entrepreneur with a deep commitment to advancing healthcare, education, and social good. Born in Pakistan, I relocated to Kyrgyzstan and laid the foundation for a multifaceted career. After earning my MBBS/MD degree, I pursued a PhD in Public Health from the University of California, blending academic rigor with a global perspective that informs my work today.
As the founder and CEO/Chairman of World Choice International Education Consultants (WCIEC) since the early 2000s, I have built an extensive network connecting South Asian students with premier medical education at institutions like Osh State University and Jalalabad State University in Kyrgyzstan. This vision expanded with the establishment of Central Asia Medical University (2018), Osh International Medical University (2020), and Jalalabad International University (2024), collectively educating approximately 3,000 students. These institutions reflect my dedication to academic excellence, supported by comprehensive student services such as housing and dining.
Beyond education, I am passionate about philanthropy and community development. In 2019, I founded the Doing Good Charity Foundation in Jalalabad, Kyrgyzstan, to uplift underprivileged communities through impactful initiatives. My commitment to social engagement also led me to serve as Vice President of the Boxing Federation of Jalalabad since 2023, promoting sports and cultural growth in the region.
My entrepreneurial endeavors extend to Paramount Enterprises, an import-export business in Kyrgyzstan, and a global network of WCIEC offices in India, Pakistan, Dubai, Turkey, Nepal, and Bangladesh, ensuring operational excellence across borders. Through these efforts, I strive to create sustainable, transformative opportunities in education, healthcare, and beyond
